WARRANTIES & RETURNS
Our Company will warrant the Hydrocell Pressure Sprayer for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Store Receipt will be recognised as purchase date and or the lodgement of your proof of purchase by way of warranty registration with Hydrocell.

Each unit has a unique serial number which allows us to track manufacturing dates along with the reseller and the date it was sent to them. The warranty page will outline the details require of the purchaser to record the warranty with us.
If the unit should become defective within the warranty period from a manufacturer issue rather than a wear and tear issue or resulting from accident or unreasonable use, we will repair or replace defective parts free of charge. The unit must be returned to us or the place of purchase at your expense. Product will be returned back at our expense.
Limited Warranty - Australia
The Hydrocell Portable washers will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months form purchase.
This limited warranty is not transferable during the warranty period. This warranty only applies providing the product has been used in accordance with the manual and guidelines shown within and provided with the product. The warranty does not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse or used for a purpose other than purpose for which it is designed for or suited. Alterations or modifications or home repairs will void this warranty.
Hydrocell accepts no additional liability pursuant to this warranty for costs travelling or transportation of the product to and from the dealer or agent.
Certain legislation, includes the Trade Practices Act 1974 (as amended) and other state and territorial laws give rights to the buyer and impose liability on the seller in certain circumstances. Nothing herein shall have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying and condition, warranty, right or liability imposed, to the extent only that such exclusion, restricted or modification would render any term herein void.
